A Kundalini Teaching…
Chrism offers a set of protocols entitled “The Safeties” He suggests one do these on a daily basis and make them a part of your everyday life. They include:
Tongue up/Fingers locked /Eyes up/ Grounding/ Water/Food Choices/Forgiveness/ Recapitulation/Inner Joy/Honesty/ Gratitude /5 Tibetans/Movement/Compression Breathing /Surrender /Programming/Trust/Prayer/Alternate Breathing/Patience/ Love/Service/Devotion.
The safeties are far more than just simple little tools that in some cases we have already done all of our lives. Forgiveness, tolerance, honesty etc. these are actual conditioners for the five bodies of the human being towards the Kundalini.
They require an integrity and an application of individual honesty that isn’t common or so easy. As some have found it can really rip the complacency right off of our supposed understandings of our “self” and who we are. I mean who we “really” are underneath the accepted facade and societal programming that we have accepted as part of our personal identity.
It will take us down deep into the areas of our karma. It will take us into the areas of our most intimate fears and issues of truth, our truth, that truth which has brought us into this incarnation.
In taking us there it will in many ways shred the fragile ego identity that we have struggled so hard to keep intact. In opening the ego to its own weakness we are given truths that will help us to stabilize within the new self that is forming.
It is a different equation for everyone. Not trying to dodge or get around the question it is just a very unique and intimate experience for each person. A rape victim may take a longer time to forgive than someone who hasn’t been raped. This aspect of forgiveness or lack of forgiveness will, in conjunction with their karma and the Kundalini process that is being given to them, have a definite effect upon timelines for balance within the process. And this is only one aspect of the safeties. Tolerance, honesty, gratitude, surrender, trust, love, service, diligence, behavioral modulation, compassion, self correction, among other qualities will also play a very strong role in how long a person takes to come into balance.
If you come with a willingness and a fearlessness to be open to changes in these areas then of course the balances will come with a greater speed. It is in resistance to the changes that cause an activation to go into areas of fear and pain. The safeties have been written expressly for people of Kundalini within the stages of a pre awakening or activation or a post awakening or activation.
You may be reading this because you have been invited into this information of Kundalini by your Kundalini or you wouldn’t be here.
If we resist these developments we can be put through a very difficult period for a time. A place where we do not know or understand who we are or how we got to this new place. It can get very confusing as we struggle to retain the old self while resisting the new emerging grace based identity. We can go through all of the angers and blaming, pulling close to us those who would validate the old identity and pushing away others who would validate the new and yet still not understanding that the new identity will succeed. It is only a matter of time.
I will suggest that you be open to the new emerging self. I will suggest that you have the courage and the honesty to willingly and without resistance go into these deep levels of your soul and personality. Go there as a matter of course with the practice of the safeties. Go deep and know who it is that looks out from your eyes before or as you invite in the divine energetic embodiment of Kundalini. - blessings – chrism
