Parapsychology and Anomalistic Psychology: Research and Education FREE COURSE! To all Learners

On January 5th, 2015, at 2:00pm Eastern, Drs. Carlos S. Alvarado and Nancy L. Zingrone, will start an online course called Parapsychology and Anomalistic Psychology: Research and Education.

The course is free to all learners and will be comprised of more than 22 content lectures from researchers, scientists, educators, graduate students and experiencers from the field of parapsychology. A couple of lectures are also listed on the schedule that are aimed towards attendees who are new to the field.

Alvarado and Zingrone will conduct an opening ceremony on the Monday, 5th of January that will orient learners to the speakers and presentations, to the Poster Sessions (stand alone PowerPoint Presentations) and other materials available in the course as well as outline how learners can earn certificates for the course if they wish. The first lecture will take place on Monday the 6th of January and the last on Thursday, February 14th, and Alvarado and Zingrone will host closing ceremonies will take place on Friday, February 14th, 2015. Scroll down for the updated Schedule of presentations.

WizIQ.com’s virtual classroom will provide the live classroom in which we will meet and talk, and get to know one another. All live lectures will be recorded and available in the classroom within hours of the live session closing and uploaded to the Parapsychology Online YouTube Channel within a few days after the lecture was first seen.

The course is called a “MOOC” (or a massively open online course) because the WizIQ Virtual Classroom allows for the registration of more than 1000 people, but whether we are 20 or 2000, it is our hope that the course will give unprecedented access to some of the best people lending their academic and scientific talents to the search for a deep understanding of psychic phenomena.

To read more about the course go to the WizIQ home page and put “parapsychology” into the search bar. Then click on Parapsychology and Anomalistic Psychology: Research and Education, read more about the course, and if you’re interested click on the “Enroll” button and follow the instructions. You will be asked to create a free WizIQ account either by using your Facebook log-in or setting up a free account with your email and a password. Once in the course you will be able to browse the discussions among the other enrollees, and watch the course build out.
