The world’s greatest medium

Just who is the world’s greatest medium, you may ask? Well, there are a few spirit mediums that have been given this particular accolade in various forms of unadulterated promotion (and it’s usually by their literary agent or PR Company), but on the whole, no self-respecting medium would choose to place themselves on such a pedestal because the spirit world would not approve of such an egotistical act.

In my own experience of working in this field, the more accurate the reading I give to someone the more humble I feel afterwards, and I often feel as if it was the spirits who came forward that deserve all the accolades.

Of course, mediumship is an extremely difficult practice at the best of times. To be able to shut down all of our physical senses and then open up a mysterious sixth sense that seems alien to most humans is not something that works easily all of the time regardless of how often you try to achieve it.

The reality is that our fellow animal species are much more adept at communicating with their sixth sense. The best example of this is turtles. No matter where they are in the world, turtles will all meet up at the same time and the same place each year to breed. There are other animals that perform a similar feat to turtles and the remarkable thing is that they all instinctively know where to go at what specific time of the year – no matter how far away they are from each other. As humans, we struggle to meet up for a coffee unless it’s prearranged on facebook!

So how do animals communicate with each other without the brain-power of us humans? The answer is through telepathy – in other words they can send thoughts to each other through electro-magnetic waves. These waves are linked to the core of the Earth and they also surround each being (your aura). This is in fact how spirit people communicate with each other and also how a medium or psychic initially receives information from a spirit person. Unfortunately, most human beings are hung up on using the power of speech and hearing to communicate and therefore connecting to anyone who isn’t within shouting distance is really difficult. However, that’s not to say that we can’t use telepathy to communicate, it’s just that our awareness of this fact is extremely limited.

So, in essence, the greatest human spirit medium on the planet has nowhere near the ability of any of our animal friends. Just think about that the next time you ask your pet dog to sit and give you a paw!

The reality is that we are primarily here to learn from the experiences of using our super-powered brains and incredibly adaptable senses. To then be able to link in to the spirit world or even communicate with our animal friends, well that’s just something that most of us can only really dream about – until the time is right to truly begin living.
